IT Business Analyst - (SAP QM, MM, PLOG, PP-PI)

We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our IT team at Nestlé, the world's largest health, nutrition, and wellness company. In this role, you will join our Technical & Production Department within the IT organization, specifically focusing on the Quality, Agriculture & Cross Stream LATAM Team. You will be responsible for strengthening our LATAM IT HUB in Mexico, covering the entire LATAM region, including Mexico, Central America, Caribbean Islands, and South America. Our scope includes 63 factories.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...

Act as a liaison between Quality and Agriculture solutions and business needs, providing advice and solutions to markets and businesses within the scope.
Gather and evaluate functional requirements, write specifications, and support developers in implementing Packaging Environmental Sustainability solutions across LATAM.
Identify, test, and implement changes to current systems to ensure compliance, improve performance, and usability.
Support the deployment of IT solutions in factories across LATAM markets and act as the second level of support for stream solutions, resolving incidents and driving continuous improvement.
Partner with business and IS/IT teams to understand needs, translate requirements, and propose alternative solutions, while also facilitating strategy and innovation planning with stakeholders.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:

Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, sciences, engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
Extensive project management experience, proficient in MS Project and MS Office tools.
Experience in integrating with Quality processes in SAP QM, SAP MM, SAP PLOG, SAP PP-PI.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
Strong experience in Agile/DevOps environment using design-thinking methodology.
Understanding of system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards, as well as modeling techniques and software development methodologies.
Above-average organization and prioritization skills, ability to work in virtual teams across different cultures and time zones.
Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
