Position Summary
This position represents the People Analytics Product stream in zone North America: as such, it will make sure the markets (USA and Canada) leverage as much as possible the global product catalog to satisfy their business needs for analytics and workforce planning solution; in addition, this position will be representing the North America business needs to the global product team to maximize product/market fit.
A day in the life of...
- Own the product governance for region/zone
- Work closely with the FRM Talent and the HR stakeholders to clarify business needs, identify product needs and establish a joint technology roadmap for the region/zone
- Work closely with the Global Product Team as the voice of the NA zone/markets to ensure the market needs are understood and considered in the overall product strategy.
- Ensure maximal global product adoption and value realization at the market/zone level.
- Work with the IT Operations Manager and the Solution Architect to execute market/zone roadmap/backlog delivery through the supporting partners
What will make you successful
- 5+ years of experience in the field of People Analytics and Workforce Planning Technologies (Data lake, data warehouses, Cloud Analytic solutions, e.g., Azure, PowerBI, Snowflake, etc..) and architecture
- Project management
- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology
- Understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, architecture standards
- Ideally: Experience with HR Technology (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP HR…) and the HR function
- Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision in a matrixed environment
- Comfortable with ambiguous, rapidly changing, and highly demanding environment
- Knowledge of HR processes and solid data management practices
