Position Summary
The Automation Process Optimizer will be identifying automation opportunities and delivery solutions to drive efficiencies and increase scale across the LATAM Region. The Regional Automation Process Optimizer must be able to envision how automating a workflow will add value to our Businesses and must have clear insight to be able to see a goal, and then use technology to help achieving it faster and more efficiently. The Regional Automation Process Optimizer must develop and implement regional strategies to increase automation deliverables and improve, share and standarize the implementations across the region. S/He builds and maintains relationships with product and platform group managers, developing a clear understanding of Automation Product strategy and works with internal and external supplier teams to ensure good coordination of product changes without impacting business processes in alignment with global and regional standards.

Participates in LATAM Automation Community of Practice
• Participates in the LATAM Automation Pipeline definition
• Conducts quality assurance with Global Automation Governance, ensures that applications are built or assembled in line with continual delivery/continual integration standards, adherences to release methodology and technical change management procedures for all changes
• Documents work done as neccesary
• Actively looks for opportunities to shorten development times, improves skills of the team and improves cost efficiency of application development activities
• Produces outline system specifications using solution designs, functional specifications or technical specifications as input, including input into scope, constraints (such as performance or resources), hardware, network and software environments
• Ability to effectively meet customer needs, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction
• Mantain the project in Service Now
• Collaborates with colleagues from different disciplines in a cross-functional team to deliver against iteration targets
• Works within IT Product Group Planning constraints, communicates any identified risks and issues to the Product Manager/Tech Lead accordingly and provides inputs to the DevOps teams and change control process
What will make you successful
Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of professional experience in technology
• 3+ years of experience implementing emerging technology
• Experience consulting business stakeholders on digital innovation and strategy
• Understanding of how emerging technology can benefit business modeling or business processes
• Experience with robotic process automation, workflow and process mining technologies (Blueprism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Celonis, K2).
• Experience with process analysis and design.
• Cross-functional understanding of the enterprise business environment and organization.
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English
