Junior Developer/ Support-Operations Analyst / Business Applications Specialist
Position Summary
This position will be responsible for leading & advising internal & external teams on Nestle’s First Party Data global consumer information products/solutions, strategies, options & processes.
A day in the life of...
- Knowledge & expertise with consumer First Party Data collection, secure storage, integrations & activation (consumer campaigns).
- Experience within eBusiness & brand building business environments & teams
- Ability to engage confidently with multiple stakeholder groups to guide teams on the optimal First Party Data strategies, developing an understanding of the Nestle business/brand goals, as well as the benefits of leveraging Nestle global products in the First Party Data area.
- Manage backlog of enhancements from market and champion the development and implementation of product enhancements to alleviate gaps within the Nestle global First Party Data category.
- Manage training & knowledge transfer for business stakeholders and First Party Data Super Users.

- Experience with product-based normal product activities: Partnership, Implementation, Sustain & Product Evolution strategies.
- Knowledge of consumer First Party Data processes, strategies & standard security requirements
- Knowledge & experience with SAP CDC for consumer First Party Data collection
- Technical experience with API connections to securely access data across products/systems
