Drive Nespresso’s brand image and creating brand awareness by execution and evaluation of the global media strategy & campaigns and develop, execute and evaluate communications to local market needs. Develop, execute and evaluate the PR strategy and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy. Develop and guard coffee expertise

 

Responsabilities

Execute and evaluate the global media strategy & campaigns and develop, execute and evaluate communications 
• Localize and execute the global media strategy and develop ATL & BTL campaign materials for B2C
• Establish and leverage relationships with key media networks
• Drive marketing events for all channels
• Develop, execute and evaluate (corporate) communications for all channels (in line with local market needs)

• Guard the (visual) brand identity and tone-of-voice, e.g. by supporting the adaptation and creation of all communication with an expert opinion on key messaging 
• Evaluate the global media strategy, and media and creative agencies on performance against KPI's 

• Manage and monitor the budget within the subdepartment

 

Management Team Responsibilities
• Drive the organisation's business results by making tactical and operational decisions by building the department in a sustainable way
• Define and drive the right iniatives to achieve business results
• Support the Director in making optimal investments and decisions in the OP process for both CAPEX and OPEX
• Drive improvements and efficiencies in the organisation by collaborating with other departments

 

People & Performance Management
• Attract and retain talent, develop the personal effectiveness of employees by regular coaching and implementation of learning activities
• Build a strong team where teammembers collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose
• Set individual performance goals that provide a clear line of sight to organizational priorities and monitor progress towards achievement of goals by use of the PDP methodology

 

Education:
• University degree or equivalent in marketing and/or communication

Professional experience:
• At least 8 years experience as Communications or Media Manager, or as Brand Manager with strong digital and/or media responsibilities
• Worked for a premium brand with an FMCG mindset
• Existing network in media
• Experience in managing external agencies
