The role:
The Analyst Financial Control will be responsible for complete financial analysis and accurate financial planning in a consistent manner
What you’ll do:
As a Analyst Financial Control you will:
- Use understanding of financial numbers to read and interpret financial data for the global team.
- Apply storytelling and presentation skills to communicate insights and updates effectively within the global team.
- Perform stakeholder management by coordinating and aligning with key partners across the global team.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and reporting guidelines relevant to global operations.
- Guarantee on time and high quality delivery of outputs and reports for global team.
- Brings advanced financial analytics expertise, including modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Naturally curious, always seeking deeper insights and challenging conventional thinking.
- Combines analytical rigor with a proactive mindset to drive smarter decision-making

What will make you a great fit?
- 3+ years in FP&A, Finance, or Controlling roles
- Fluency in of SAP, Power BI, and financial modeling tools
- Proven ability to influence across functions and levels, with experience coordinating regional and global finance activities
- Experience & understanding of internal controls, audit support, and cross-functional collaboration
- IT & Digital curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and a mindset for continuous improvement
