Department and Management Responsibilities
• As part of the local Management Team, drive the overall organization’s business results by making tactical and strategic decisions and by building the organization in a sustainable way

Market insight and compliance:
• Mastery of all available market analytical tools, its developments and foresee future trends to understand consumer and trade insights in order to ensure correct OP plans presented, decision making and implemented action plans.

Distribution network development & execution:
• Develop and manage retail distribution strategy, sales activities and T&M actions (POSM, demo programs, cooperative advertising, sales incentives, end-consumer promotions, trade training, trade projects, key account commercial cooperation agreements as per international commercial guidelines (if applicable)) in line with market targets to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets/KPIs

Budget Management and Sales Target Achievement:
• Continuously monitoring of budget spend as per operational plan (OP) respecting corporate audit guidelines to ensure compliance with validated OP process and dynamic forecasts and ensure the sales targets.

People & Performance Management
• Attract and retain talent, develop the personal effectiveness of employees by regular coaching and implementation of learning activities

Commercial Targets:
• Develop Nespresso sales & profitability through the Boutique Network, according to Operational Plan (OP) targets

Retail Development & Visual Merchandising:
• Develop a Retail location strategy and identify new locations, relocation and renovation projects for Boutiques in collaboration with the Country Business Manager
