To strengthen our LATAM IT HUB in Mexico, we are looking for a Business Analyst to complete our Technical & Production Department within IT organization. This position will be integrated in the Quality, Agriculture & Cross Stream LATAM Team, with focus overall LATAM region, including Mexico, Central America, Caribbean Islands and South America. It’s 63 factories in our scope. The main purpose of this position is to be the liaison between the possibilities of our Quality and Agriculture solutions and the business needs of the people that use them in the local markets and Business. As part of the Manufacturing Product Team, you bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing the markets and businesses within your scope and advice on the best 
solutions. You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and play a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those as IS/IT solutions.

Key responsibilities:
• Gather and evaluate functional requirements, write functional specifications, coordinate onshore and offshore developers, test scenarios and build prototypes for SAP based Quality and Agriculture.
• Identify, build, test and implement changes to current systems with the objective to ensure compliance, improve performance and/or usability.
• Support deployment in factories in all LATAM markets 
• Coordinate with GLOBE support teams the ways of installation of MII systems in the factories and the patching 
• Act as the second level of support for stream solutions, analyzing and resolving incidents. Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes with focus on continuous improvement.
• Support the on-boarding and training of new team members.
• Ensures that the Product/Product Group Managers and Business/Functional Relationship Managers are supported in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product.
• Secures that program development, logic, process flows and specifications are analyzed, documented and tested prior to implementation.
• Ensure the training materials for the Product Group area are documented.
• Oversee the delivery of training to the end users, deployment and support team.
• Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the second level sustain.
• Consults with stream lead to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need.
• Coach, motivate and direct staff belonging to various organizations (business and IS/IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy.
• Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements.
• Partner with the FRM and Stream Lead to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders. Consult with Product Group teams and proposes alternative solutions.


Required Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, Sciences or Engineering or related 
discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred. Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in implementing SAP QM, MES.net including:
• SAP QM/PP/MM configuration (SPRO);
• SAP QM functional transaction/process knowledge; o BatchJob, BAPI; 

• Knowledge of technical architecture and installation of MII environments and capability to work with SAP Basis, Security and other teams responsible for server and OS management.
• Integration with MES systems and factory automation layer (including Automation Control Systems, SCADA and Real-time Historians integration)
• Master data management for Quality
• integration with shop floor applications (e.g. MES) via SAP MII and S95 messages
• Integration with WM applications for warehouse management
• Off the shelf package solutions
• Integration with Quality processes in SAP QM, SAP MM, SAP PLOG, SAP PP-PI
• Have worked on a factory position (is a plus)
• Understanding of the integration points with SAP BO/BW reporting.
• Expertise in configuration, implementation of best practices and knowledge of the latest 
functionalities available (i.e. Fiori, Personas etc.).
• Proven functional knowledge of Manufacturing Performance Management concept and 
application in factories using SAP OEE.
• Knowledge of MS Power-BI and SAP BO reporting tools is a plus.
• Project management experience. Usage of MS Project and MS Office tools.
• Extensive business experience in a relevant function is beneficial.
• Strong experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design-thinking
methodology.
• Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, 
and architecture standards. Understanding of modeling techniques.
• Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
