Position Summary

Under the supervision and guidance of your primary Community of Practice Lead and Product Group Manager, you will be responsible for one or several products within a product group and you will be responsible for the implementation and leverage of the Social Media product in Latin America. You will be accountable for the product from initial assessments, to implementation, support, leverage and post-implementation measurements.
 

A day in the life of...
  • Deliver specialized Social Media technical support to Nestlé Markets in Latin America
  • Ensures Compliance & Security requirements for both Social Media external accounts (Facebook, Twitter, etc) plus Social Media Management products (Social Studio, Sprinklr, Social Bakers)
  • Act as a Coordinator between the Markets, Nestlé internal teams, internal stakeholders and the Product Team
  • Audit Social Media accounts to ensure adherence to recommendations and Security & Compliance policies.
  • Embed best in class compliance and audit ready features into the solution build/configuration. Liaise with the Architects, Analysts and PM for an effective Community of practice
  • Participate in the development and promotion of the technology which supports the business requirements
  • Provide knowledge, consultancy and advisory within your area of specialism 
  • Act as the Point of Contact for technical consultancy by agencies on Social Media projects. Maintain regular meetings with the Solution Architect to ensure quality on the deployments.
  • Support the implementation of the Social Media products.
  • Liaise with team members in the CRM space to ensure holistic support to Markets 
  • Advise and coach key stakeholders in the use of the Social Media products.
  • Participate in the maintenance and development of Nestle’s own Social Media products
What will make you successful
  • At least 2 years experience in Social Media management, advances and trends.
  • Experience working with Social Media agencies 
  • Patience in dealing with internal project stakeholders who may not be computer / CMS savvy
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
  • Good technical, computer, and problem solving skills
  • Experience in working within a multidisciplinary project team
  • Excellent Spanish and English verbal and written communication skills. Portuguese is desirable
  • Ability to provide technical advice in non-technical language in complex digital projects
  • The following experience will make you a more successful candidate
  • Experience using JIRA
  • Experience using Confluence 
  • Ability to contribute to the knowledge base by creating documentation (like user guides, development guidelines, “how to”, non technical test plans) 
  • Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams.
