Business Analyst Manager Senior - IT Marketing and Sales & E-Business

S/He oversees the bond between the IS/IT & business Consumers and Customers. As part of the Product Group Team, the Business Analyst Manager manages a pool of Business Analysts, overall ensuring a deep understanding of opportunities and issues facing business functions and advises on the best solutions.
S/He translates business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements and plays a key role within the Product Group Team to specify, test and deploy those as IS/IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensures that the Product Manager and Business Relationship Manager are supported in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product.
• Secures that program development, logic, process flows and specifications are analyzed, documented and tested
• Ensures the training materials for the Product Group area are documented
• Oversees the delivery of training to the end users, deployment and support teams
• Supports the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain
• Facilitates business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value
• Consults with Product Manager to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need
• Ensures that near-term needs are assessed by using structured interview processes and consumer research methods to understand opportunities and help business establish priorities.
• Coaches, motivates and directs staff belonging to various organizations (business and IS/IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy"
• Accountable for the identification of security & compliance requirements, including roles, associated with the business process and responsbile for their consideration in the solution design"
• Partners with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements
• Partners with the BRM and Product Group Manager to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders
• Consults with Product Group teams and proposes alternative solutions. Oversees the advisory on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and product priorities
• Create the context: create alignment, lead by example, promote an open culture and our values in a sustainable way (Sustain the change)
• Select talent: recruit and onboard people and plan capabilities for the future
• Drive performance: empower and enable people, give and receive feedback, evaluate and differentiate performance, constantly challenge the set up organization to ensure its results and effectiveness
• Recognize achievements: give and receive recognition, reward performance
Required Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred
• 10+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area
• Extensive project management experience
• Extensive business experience in a relevant function is beneficial
• Strong experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology
• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
• Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
