To strengthen our IT Supply Chain Hub in Mexico we are looking for IT Business Analyst to complete our Supply Chain Global Logistics Department (GLOG).
Under the supervision and guidance of your primary Community of Practice Lead and Product Managers based in Saint Louis and Frankfurt, you will be responsible for one or several products within a product group and you will be responsible for to support the Product Manager to deploy, improve and sustain Warehouse Applications. You will be accountable to partner with the business to understand, translate and consolidate business requirements, defining the MPV and validating the deployment, supporting its deployment and collecting feedback for the product backlog/roadmap.

Key responsibilities:
• Support the Product Manager and Business Relationship Managers in the development of the strategy through improvement of the product
• Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value
• Work with IS/IT Product Managers to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need
• Partner with business and IS/IT to analyze, translate, and document their requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT product backlog.
• Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation
• Analyze and document process flows, write development specifications and test developments
• Document training materials for the product
• Deliver training to the end users, deployment and support teams
• Support the analysis and resolution of issues with our sustain 3rd party provider
Required Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information systems or Engineering or other related discipline, M.B.A. degree would be a plus
• 3+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area
• Availability for business trips • Experience in working in Projects, Improvement and Sustain activities within Supply Chain.
• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English and Spanish. Portuguese would be a plus
• Understanding of basic system landscape and data protection/security standards
• Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile and Waterfall)
• Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology
• Understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into application requirements
• Knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules, (Transportation, WM,IM, eWM, SAP Interfaces Messages-IDOC’s).
• Knowledge in SAP Transportation Management
• Knowledge in Transportation Operation
• Knowledge in Warehouse Operation
• Understanding of business complexity and interdependencies - Cross Functional Integration
• Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams is a plus
• Knowledge in Cloud Solutions, AI, IoT is a plus
