Position Summary

To strengthen our Human Resources Mexico Hub, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to complete our Talent Management Connect Source and Onboarding Team.

 

Under the supervision and guidance of the Talent Management Business Analyst Manager you will be responsible for the deployment and support of one or several products within the Talent Management  Product Group as subject matter expert supporting LATAM countries (including Mexico) on Sourcing and Onboarding solutions, supporting and deploying solutions, with a primary focus on SuccessFactors software. Your role is critical to ensuring legal and compliance solutions by exploring new technologies, eradicating business disruptions in operations, and enabling efficiency in Human Resources operations in LATAM.

A day in the life of...
  • Provide day-to-day support to SuccessFactors end users across LATAM.
  • Implement Connect Source and Onboarding technology solutions in line with functional stakeholders’ needs and the Talent Management IT Product Group roadmap. 
  • Support business integration initiatives including Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestures.
  • Support Digital Transformation with in Human Resources IS/IT
  • Deliver IS/IT Human Resources project on time and within budget.
  • Translate technical requirements into functional specifications for the business human resources team.
  • Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications.
  • Deliver training to the end users, deployment and support teams
  • Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement.
What will make you successful
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design-thinking methodology.
  • Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
  • Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies.
  • Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements.
  • Deep understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area.
  • Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors software.
  • Experience with effective communication in English at different levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
  • Experience with other HCM SAP Human Resources modules and fluency in Portuguese are a plus.
