Position Summary

Under the supervision and guidance of the Employee Life Cycle Business Analyst Manager you will be responsible for the deployment and support of one or several products within the Employee Life Cycle Product Group as subject matter expert supporting LATAM countries (including Mexico) on Employee Central, Employee Profile and Position Management sustaining  and deploying legal requirements, with a primary focus on SAP Success Factors Employee Central. Your role is critical to ensuring legal and compliance solutions by exploring new technologies, eradicating business disruptions in operations, and enabling efficiency in Human Resources operations in LATAM.

A day in the life of...
  • Provide day-to-day support to Success Factors Employee Central end users across LATAM.
  • Implement SF Employee Central technology solutions in line with functional stakeholders’ needs and the Employee Life Cycle Payroll IT Product Group roadmap. 
  • Support business integration initiatives including Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestures.
  • Support Digital Transformation with in Human Resources IS/IT
  • Deliver IS/IT Human Resources project on time and within budget.
  • Translate technical requirements into functional specifications for the business human resources team.
  • Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications.
  • Deliver training to the end users, deployment and support teams
  • Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement.
What will make you successful
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design-thinking methodology.
  • Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
  • Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies.
  • Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements.
  • Deep understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Success Factors Employee Central modules.
  • Experience with effective communication in English at different levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
  • Experience with other SAP Success Factors related modules and HCM SAP integration, Master Data governance knowledge and fluency in Portuguese are a plus.
