Costing Coordinator
We are looking for a Costing Coordinator to be part of our Competency Center – Finance team
Position
- Location: Mexico City

The role
Join the Nestlé as a Costing Coordinator, to act as a coach and mentor for expert network to ensure the right level of knowledge and capabilty is present accross all Costing CoC's. In conjunction with Costing CoC, Cost Management & IT, drive toward excellence in operations by coordinating Global projects & activities, ensuring best practices are implemented and aligned accross all Global Coisting CoCs. Work to indentify opportunities for increased productivity, standardization, automation and value creation.
What you’ll do
- Coach and develop SMEG team to increase knowledge and capabilities
- Work with SMEG Team and CoC Heads to ensure there is a strategy in place to maintain knowledge in all locations
- Coordinate key projects to deliver new costing functionalities, tools and solutions
- Identify and deliver projects accross stream E2E to drive improvements & efficiencies
- Act as SPOC for Cost Management and esclation point for CoC
- Assist the Head of CCC in providing costing support to the business, decision support roles
- Develop Team members inside his model, also follow any Issue or question rise by the market across the region.
Minimum qualifications:
- Formal Finance/Accounting qualification of appropriate level (degree or similar)
- Prior experience in F&C
- Experience in multicultural/varied nationality environment
- Experience within a network organization (internal and external providers)
- Experience as Senior Costing Specialist
- Experience in delivering large scale complex projects/implementations
