Position Summary:

At Nestlé we are seeking a data driven Engineer, passioned about data, with proven track in delivery the higher business value.
S/he will collaborate within IT Analytics, Data & Integration team from basic statistics and patterns to dependencies and custom business rules, designed to give a complete picture of data lineage analysis that will help track data origins to data destiny.

One a day in Life of:

• Design and Implement ETL/ELT pipelines

• Contribute to the evolution of the portfolio of BI Tools to meet the needs of the business for both IT top-down consumer grade applications, known as Production Line 3 (PL3) as well as business self-service, known as Production Line 4 (PL4).

• Work with senior business stakeholders to understand the business requirements and translate them to data processing and data modelling requirements

• Monitors and troubleshoot Business Intelligence applications and data warehouse

• Orchestrating internal and external functional stakeholders to define, validate and refine product vision, strategy, definitions and roadmaps and be fully responsible of the usage and utilization of the analytical products delivered to them.

What will make you successful:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Mathematics or related major

• 3+ years of prior MS Sql Server Data Warehouse experience required

• Oral and written English communication skills

• Prior dimensional data modeling

• 3 + years integration experience with with MS SSIS, SAP BW, MS SQL Server, External data sources, Snowflake.

• Experience in python offer a distinct advantage

• Desirable experience with API based data acquisition and management

• Desirable knowledge in building architecture

• Experience in Devops

• At least 3 - 4 years of experience Analytics tools, Data Visualization and User Experience Design preferably in technologies including Microsoft Power BI

• Understanding Master Data Management/Data Governance

• 3+ year experience required with ‘Modern Data Warehouse’ architecture using cloud based storage solutions and data orchestration in Microsoft Azure (e.g. Blob storage, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Purview etc.)

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills

• Proven experience in effective team management and excellent stakeholder management.
