The Digital Process Automation Tech Lead drives innovation and efficiency within the organization by leveraging advanced technologies ensuring the interlock with IT Functional teams and business across the LATAM Region. This position is responsible for define and execute Nestle's Automation & AI strategy into various business processes and E2Es throughout the organization. By inspiring, integrating, and influencing stakeholders within Nestle, this role will secure the necessary support to achieve the desired outcomes. The role works with the IT Product Owners to evaluate how existing and emerging technologies can deliver benefits for Nestlé end-users, owning and shaping the portfolio of demand for these Product Groups, and collaborating with the Product Groups to prioritise the delivery of demand in accordance with the Products' capacity. Additionally, the role will diligently be accountable for E2E delivery of Product Assembly for Automation & AI including the value and outcomes generated, establishing a robust framework that guarantees the expected results and delivers significant value to stakeholders across the entire enterprise. DPA Tech Lead is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of solutions using RPA technology, Ai Agents, Microsoft Power Platform. This includes Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI Builder.

"Define & Execute Regional Automation & AI Strategy
- collaboration with senior leaders to ensure alignment to Group Strategy, identify core transformation activities, prioritize business process & continuously refine based on evolving business needs & technology advancements.

"Outcome Based Business Integration
- Collaborating closely with senior leadership teams in IT, IBS, Zones, Corporate Functions & GMBs to actively promote the outcome-based vision of automation and AI. This role champions automation and everyday AI initiatives to drive widespread adoption, effective change management & achieving tangible outcomes.
• Identifies and evangelizes business and technology trends that can improve the IT stream's business outcomes
• Provides transparency and create buy-in across business stakeholders on the vision and all objectives along the product life cycle"
"Product Assembly & E2E Delivery
- enable speed to value of via assembly of automation & everyday AI capabilities and integration of various product delivery models
• Ensures product contribution to the business value (follow the guidelines of the CIO office for the business KPIs)
• Work with product group managers and product managers to evaluate how existing and emerging technologies can deliver benefits for Nestlé end-users
• Develop the list of demand ""pulled"" by the business and ""pushed"" to the business to be further shaped by Product Groups, and work with Product Groups to prioritize the initiatives according to the most business value that will be delivered"
"Value Office:
- define success metrics and liaise with Portfolio, Finance teams to ensure global tracking, communication, etc… of demonstrate progress & outcomes.
• Defines reporting to be provided by the performance manager on the value being delivered by the product groups
• Ensures that reporting provided by the performance manager is analysed for insights on product impact and value delivered (actuals versus plan). Monitors specific key value indicators (KVIs); key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the product value for Nestlé and is responsible for contributing to the product group managers' decisions to retire the product at end of life based on KVIs and KPIs"
"Governance and Compliance Frameworks
– leverage existing governance frameworks e.g. Enterprise Data Governance, Digital acceleration Council, etc..) to both ensure the right portfolio/prioritization at scale of Automation/AI initiatives as well as to ethical & responsible AI usage in context to privacy, security, bias, etc..
- Leverages on stream PSO for compliance matters, while ensuring specific requirements coming from emerging technologies are factored and included in the stream's compliance best practices and procedures."

– partner with Corporate HR function, legal, business leaders, etc.. on ways of working to ensure change mgt/communication of automation/AI to ensure a positive impact on employees of automation & AI adoption
- Leverage on stream Dgital Employee Experience team to embed UX/UI, adoption and change management best practices as part of the foundational elements and value drivers for product strategies and initiatives"

Required Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably computer science or field related to the product
• Demonstrated experience in a product based IT organization
• Demonstrated significant experience in directly contributing to delivering business outcomes (increased productivity / efficiency / cost savings)
• 6+ years experience in IT (e.g. BA, PM ...)
• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in effective communication at different level in the organisation and in English
• Preference to have worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
