We are looking for an Expert IT Business Systems to act as a strategic technology partner leading end-to-end EDI process design and integration across Nestlé’s Order-to-Cash ecosystem, driving Amazon-focused operational excellence.

The role:
The Expert IT Business Systems will lead, coordinate, and implement end-to-end EDI process design and integration, ensuring Amazon grade accuracy, compliance, and scalability while supporting the Global Amazon Acceleration Team (GAAT) strategy and global growth.

What you’ll do:
As an Expert IT Business Systems, you will:

• Lead end-to-end EDI process design, including business design reviews and alignment with cross-functional teams to meet Amazon requirements.
• Drive functional analysis and global implementation strategies for scalable Amazon-focused EDI integrations.
• Lead EDI and SAP O2C integration initiatives, ensuring seamless and accurate high-volume transaction flows.
• Coordinate cross-stream project activities aligned with GAAT’s global roadmap and strategic priorities.
• Deliver EDI solutions independently, including configuration, mapping, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis while ensuring compliance and quality standards.

What will make you a great fit?

• Strong expertise in SAP O2C processes, including WM, pricing, billing, and material determination.
• Hands-on experience with EDI standards, mappings, and IDocs (X12, XML; EDIFACT is a plus).
• Proven experience onboarding customers and delivering EDI integrations end-to-end across SAP, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners.
• Experience leading project delivery and coordinating cross-functional teams independently.
• Strong familiarity with Amazon EDI operations and Vendor Central environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and continuous learning mindset.
• Nice to have: Experience with B2B connectivity tools (OpenText, AS2/SFTP), SAP ECC6 or S/4HANA, Azure integrations, automation/AI monitoring, and Power BI analytics.
