The role

This opportunity will enable an individual to learn about the NUSA Brands and Divisions as well as cultivate positive a risk management culture across the NIM.  The Expert Risk and Compliance Specialist will assist in the implementation, coaching and supporting an integrated risk, compliance and security management systems in accordance with Nestle Standards.

 

What you’ll do

  • Assist in the management of the NUSA ISMS – including required control expansion
  • Assist in the management of the NUSA SCI – work with accountable owners to ensure they remain compliant
  • Assist in the management of onboarding Cloud, 3rd Party Hosted and On Premise solutions by working with the business to ensure compliance requirements are met in a timely manner
  • Assist in the management of the NUSA Account Approval Process
  • Compliant by Design – Assist in leading and onboarding M&A Projects to ensure they meet Nestle Compliance Standards prior to integration
  • Partner with NUSA /NIM Internal Controls to develop a common PCI approach and methodology
  • Participate in the continued development of the NUSA Incident Response Program

Minimum qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of the NIST, COBIT or ISO27002 Framework (Industry Standard Security & Compliance Controls)
  • Working knowledge of Nestle ISMS (Information Security Management System) Cyber Risk Framework
  • Nestle framework that provides Security Protocol Standards and Controls
  • Working knowledge of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Tools (e.g., Archer)
  • Working knowledge of Payment Card Industry (PCI) Standards and Requirements
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong and effective communication skills
  • Cyber Security Experience – Understanding of current cyber threats, ability to work with NIM Internal Controls and Cyber Operations Center to perform Cyber and Counter Fraud investigations
