The role

This position is responsible for maximizing the value of the global Supply Chain Data Assets by ensuring the global Supply Chain Data Assets are brought to life in the individual North American Operating Companies.

 

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for maximizing the value of the product(s) and ensuring the products are brought to life in North America
  • Utilize their deep knowledge and experience with Supply Chain data to help bring analytical Supply Chain data assets to life in North America
  • Works with Operating Company Functional and IT Leaders to understand existing and upcoming needs related to global Supply Chain Data Assets.  These then need to be put into a Supply Chain Data Asset roadmap and consolidated across NA into a NA Supply Chain Data asset roadmap
  • Influence the Nestle-wide Supply Chain Data Asset roadmap to incorporate the needs that have been identified by the NA OpCos
  • Owns the North American User Stories in the overall product backlog and is accountable for the prioritization and the overall delivery of the Product Lifecycle
  • Understands the Supply Chain Data Asset needs within NA and acts as the voice back to the global IT Product Manager responsible for the T&P Data Assets.  Also, brings awareness to the NA OpCos of any globally created T&P Data Assets that could be utilized by the NA OpCos for analytical discoveries

Minimum qualifications:

  • NPS (Net Promotor Score) of the product(s)
  • Ability to understand and describe each OpCo Supply Chain Data Asset roadmap.  Also understands any gaps and the steps/timeline to close those gaps
  • Can understand and describe the global Supply Chain Data Asset roadmap.  Also understands any gaps and the steps/timeline to close the gaps
  • Ability to co-create and implement product roadmaps across all North American operating companies
  • Elevate the understanding and usage of the T&P Data Assets within the OpCos and the IT functional streams

 

Bonus Points If You:

  • The ideal candidate will be able to partner with many leaders across NA. 
  • They will need to be strong in Influencing without Authority as they will need to convince the global team that the NA priorities should be higher than the rest of the world. 
  • They will need to have a lot of initiative to figure out what steps they need to take in order to increase product adoption.
  • They will at times need to say “no” and be able to do it in a manner where the other party understands and agrees (even if the other party disagrees, they need to end up in a situation where they agree to disagree and then move on)
