Key Responsibilities:
- Local IT Support regarding Field Services Main activities by Ticket Tool (Service Now) or any other need under scope, following-up Service Level;
- Local IT Support to Infrastructure Teams (CVC Network WAN/LAN/Voice, DC&C Platform/Facilities, Workforce Devices, etc) on Compliance activities, Hardware
- IT Asset Management (Hardware Reception, Good Receipt, Asset Registration on Service Now and SAP, Decomission and Disposal) for all Nestle Owned Hardware
- Maintain IT Room Compliant according Nestlé Standards;
- Proceed with Tape Rotation Process according Nestlé Standards; follow Nestle Processes and Procedures
- Collaborate and coordinate the execution and coordination of IT WF360 or ITP Change Tasks implementation
- Collaborate and coordinate the implementation and reviews of the delivery activities of Service Providers and Contractors
- Optmize IT Process and Local procedures by focusing End User Efficiency;
- End User Training regarding W360 and ITP new tools (Digital Bar);
- VIP/Mancom Support.
- Manage Service Now Tickets Queue;
- Perform Services Healthcheck;
- Develop Hardware Obsolescence Plan
- Act as Backup for Field Services Coordinator
- Assist on Project Management regarding Field Services Projects
- Ability to participate on Audits
- Work with the Operational Buyer in purchases: generation of bids, selection of proposals/suppliers, generation of POs and provide Good Receive.
Required Profile:
- Language - Native+ Intermediate English (mandatory);
- Education: Graduated on Computer Science or any IT Graduation course with more than 04 experience years;
- 5 or more Year with experience on;
- PC/Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Access and Visio), software and hardware troubleshooting/breakfix, IT Processess and Procedures, Support thru tickets and correct documentation;
- Intermediate Knowledge on (LAN), TCP/IP and Network concepts;
- Intermediate Advanced Knowledge on Windows Servers, Storage Devices and Tape Libraries;
- Intermediate Knowledge on IT Security and ITIL Foundations;
- Intermediate Knowledge on Project Management.
- Experience working with remote/virtual teams;
- Experience in effective communication at different levels of the organization;
- IT service management experience
