Regional Marketing Manager

Purpose Position

"Develop and implement portfolio and execution marketing strategies, aligned to short and long-term business objectives, and in accordance to global and/or regional marketing initiatives, brand policies & guidelines, in order to ensure both value growth and brand positioning in the market.

Also responsible to provide global and regional teams with local consumer insights and market specific needs in order to contribute to generate strong brand building result, ensuring that Mexican consumers are delighted."                                                         


A day in life of...

1. Develop and cascade strong brand plans for Tasty Favorites segment and All family segments, based on market conditions and trends, following centrally set brand strategies (GLOBAL) aligning market needs and global guidelines-.                                         

2. Adapt global marketing pieces (TV advertising, packaging, promotions and events) and/or developregional campaigns and materiales for regional brands.                                         

3. Develop and align innovations to be bigger, bolder, and better, incorporating multiple markets                                        

4. Coordinate with the global team de development of platforms to generate demand at the POS considering local regulations                               

5. Efficiently manage regional PFME, and support markets according to business needs.                                       

6. Collaborate with CI in the development of the LTP strategies for the region aligned to global                                        

7. Lead and manage the interaction with business partners (advertising agency, regional media agency, design agency, internal packaging design order to meet business objectives.                                  

8.-Supervise and coordinate harmonization of regional brands in collaboration with the resto fo the regional team and the local markets to guarantee quality of our packaging design and alignment with global standards
