We are looking for an HR Trainee Specialist who will be a key contributor in supporting the HR team with various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and talent management. The role:
The HR Trainee Specialist will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various activities, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills to facilitate effective HR operations and enhance employee engagement across Nestlé.
What you’ll do:
As an HR Trainee Specialist, you will:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, helping to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to enhance talent management.
