Under the supervision and guidance of her/his primary Community of Practice Lead and Product Group Manager based in Barcelona, the Change Analytics Sr Specialist is responsible for sustain, deployment, retirement and leverage for a product or a platform. The Change Analytics Sr Specialist is responsible for the effective and efficient operational support of the aligned products. S/He is also responsible for operational service management processes to ensure quality, efficiency, productivity and agility goals are achieved. Facilitate collaboration and alignment of activities among stakeholders across various organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational effectiveness and efficiency
• Ensures the delivery of efficient and secure IS/IT operations, supports IS/IT systems that fulfill the needs of the business, and provides input to the development team and tech lead as well as to peers responsible for other aspects of operations
• Oversees the support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management
• Ensures IS/IT strategic service partners provide the required level of service, system performance and functionality required to meet business commitments
• Supports the implementation and management of quality and efficiency improvements of IS/IT service delivery, to drive value and support
• Supports market & project testing; supports specification, configuration & sustain activities and utilizes 3rd party services as directed
• Participates in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities with a focus on suitability for integration with the existing IS/IT operations environment
• Runs small-scale projects (managed work activities) for the deployment of functionalities
Stakeholder engagement
• Works with product or platform teams to ensure good coordination of IS/IT changes without impacting business processes
• Works with supplier teams to ensure good coordination of product changes without impacting IS/IT Consumers and business processes
Security, Compliance & Risk Management
• Responsible for operational compliance of all technology-related issues across IS/IT including information security, privacy, business continuity, identity management, user access and data integrity
• Coaching and Knowledge Sharing
Required Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in Data frameworks or tools
• Experience in ETL (Extraction Transform Load) processes and data visualization tools. Skilled in data cleansing, normalization, and transformation techniques
• Technical SAP experience
• Extensive Experience on data/functional dependencies in SAP
• Extensive Experience on Nestle IT support tools
• 6+ years of experience in IS/IT, preferably working in a DevOps environment
• Experience in service management principles and execution, preferably with ITIL certification
• Experience in ServiceNOW prefered
• Experience in SQL skills prefered
• Demonstrated experience in establishing standard processes and managing performance to achieve key metrics
• Strong experience in problem analysis and analytical thinking to tackle complex data challenges
• Experience explaining technical concepts and technologies
• Experience with effective communication, in particular Data Storytelling skills, for different levels in the organization and in English
• Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
• Strong IS/IT operations acumen, including cross-domain knowledge and preferably earlier career experience in an individual contributor role in IT operations
• Knowledge and experience in leveraging both traditional practices, such as IT service management, as well as emerging methods, such as DevOps, that are optimized for agility
• Diversified background of technical infrastructure experience, experience with Digital business platforms (APIs, software-defined, virtual data center, cloud, etc.), DevOps approach, interpersonal and collaboration skills, and end-to-end understanding of IT business solutions
• Good Knowledge of the Business Functions and processes and their interdependencies
• Advanced Knowledge of Data workflows
• Good Knowledge of SAP Master Data Workflows and Lifecycle set-up and design
