 S/He  will be  responsible for operational service management processes to ensure quality, efficiency, productivity and agility goals are achieved. By supporting the ITSM team by creating high-quality content that effectively communicates the team's initiatives and achievements. This role involves developing engaging newsletters, presentations, videos, and social media posts to highlight the benefits and impacts of ITSM projects. The individual will work closely with other teams to gather information, align messaging, and ensure that all content is clear, concise, and tailored to the target audience. Additionally, the role includes maintaining an organized repository of content and ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible to relevant team members. The candidate needs to have significant experience in creating content strategies and work streams that maximize employee adoption and business benefit.

       Key Responsibilities:

         Operational effectiveness and efficiency

  • High-Quality Content Creation: Developing engaging and informative content such as newsletters, presentations, videos, and social media posts that effectively communicate the activities and achievements of the ITSM team.
  • Content Management: Maintaining an organized repository of content, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible to relevant team members.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Working closely with other teams to gather information, align on messaging, and ensure that content supports overall business objectives." 

     Stakeholder engagement

  • Creating materials that highlight the benefits and impacts of ITSM projects, helping to secure support and resources from stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that all content is clear, concise, and tailored to the target audience, facilitating better understanding and engagement."                

      Security, Compliance & Risk Management

  •  Responsible for operational compliance of all technology-related issues across IS/IT including information security, privacy, business continuity, identity management, user access and data integrity               

 

       Required Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in , Information Systems also  Communication, Marketing, Journalismn or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Academic Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related areas is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating engaging and effective content.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge:
  • Understanding digital marketing strategies, SEO, and the use of social media platforms to promote content.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing tools, and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Creativity and Innovation: The ability to think creatively and propose new ideas to engage the target audience.• Experience explaining technical concepts and technologies
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
