IS/IT Technology Senior Specialist - Identity and Access Management

In order to complete our Security and Compliance Department, we are currently looking for a Senior Technology Specialist - Identity and Access Management

In this position, you will bring deep expertise and knowledge to work on Identity and Access Management including Identity as a Service, Password Management and Segregation of Duties focusing on Cloud infrastructure (e.g. Azure, GCP, AWS, SCP) and hybrid applications. You guide and promote optimal use of technology to support the cost-effective delivery of business requirements within their area of expertise. Working at the leading edge of IS/IT for the product or platform, the Technology Senior Specialist performs preliminary studies, helping to set the technological direction with the product or platform manager. You will support delivery and sustain of the most complex applications and business capabilities and may be accountable for specific deliverables in relation to development or support or may lead the technical activity within their area of specialty.

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Provide deep specialist guidance and support on:
    • Identity and Access Management
    • Identity as a Service
    • Privileged Access Management
    • Password Management
    • Segregation of Duties
  • Support in the Identity Lifecycle of the integration and development of solutions with various technologies.
  • Perform preliminary studies, Prove of Concepts (PoC), general systems specifications and detailed systems specifications.
  • Support and influence the technical activity (design, build, testing) in complex innovation initiatives, accountable for the delivery and quality of technical deliverables.
  • Provides the product team with technical expertise, advising on best technology solutions, translating the business vision into technical vision.
  • Participate in defining and reviewing the IAM governance, standards, security and compliance index measures, documentation and methods of working in the relevant area of expertise.
  • Liaise closely with suppliers and vendors, for example where third-party work or packages involve significant functional, technical, process, data or integration decisions.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all solutions within their technology area are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with IS/IT Product managers, Tech Leads, Architects and Business Analysts, as required to ensure that any solution fits with strategic and technical direction.
  • Assist others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommend smart (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely) solutions.

Required Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management
  • Advance knowledge of an Enterprise Identity Management Product (e.g. OneIdentity, SailPoint, Saviynt)
  • Experience of successfully leading technical projects and initiatives on IAM solutions
  • Experience in IAM (e.g. Microsoft Azure, GCP, AWS, Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS and ADLS) certification is a plus.
  • Experience and understanding of system development life cycle methodologies (such as agile software development, rapid prototyping and DevOps, project management principles).
  • Understanding and knowledge of IT Security standards and controls.
  • Experience with effective verbal and written communication in English with different levels in the organization and as well as presentation skills.
