IT HR Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: 

•    Provide day-to-day support to Success Factors Employee Central end users across LATAM
•    Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications
•    Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation
•    Deliver training to the end users, deployment and support teams
•    Translate technical requirements into functional specifications for the business human resources team
•    Support SF Employee Central technology solutions in line with functional stakeholders’ needs and the Employee Life Cycle Payroll IT Product Group roadmap
•    Deliver IS/IT Human Resources project on time and within budget
•    Support business integration initiatives including Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestures.
•    Support Digital Transformation with in Human Resources IS/IT

 

Required Profile: 

•Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; 
•3+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in IS/IT Human Resources functional area.
•Deep knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors software. 
•Experience with effective communication in English at different levels of the organization.
•Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
•Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements. 
•Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies.
•Deep understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area.
•Project management experience. (not mandatory)
•Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design-thinking methodology.
•Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
