           Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure control of fixed assets and execute compensatory controls (Stock Room IT & OC Preparation Room).
• Ensure that the equipment receiving process in the Stock Room is being executed.
• Ensure that assets are registered in SAP and Service Now, as well as updates throughout the asset's life.
• Maintain a record of purchases and sales that affect the Stock Room.
• Ensure through FS the replacement of obsolete equipment (Delivery plan, Equipment change control, etc.).
• Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the creation and disposal of fixed assets in SAP.
• Ensure that the physical inventory of the warehouse (Stock Room) is conducted according to the defined Fixed Asset Management process.
• Ensure that the Disposal process in the warehouse is being executed, ensuring the corresponding documentation (Kill Disk, Destruction Certificate, etc.).
• Reception and notification of IT orders received in the warehouse.                
• Creation of Master Data in SAP and registration in Service Now                
• Activities under your management at RACI Matrix IT Asset control                
• Generate reports on the age of the warehouse and compliance with the delivery plan                
• Information available in Service Now squared with physical inventory                
• Computers in Service Now with Kill Disk

• Warehouse Management: From Arrangement to Shipment
• Managing assets during their useful life: Additions, deletions and changes
• Best Practices for Asset Management
• Average experience in the use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Access and Visio);
• Inventory Taking Process
• Audit Experience
• High level of Organization and Ability to Analyze Data
• Personality committed to compliance with good practices
