The IT Vendor Management Specialist position supports IT LATAM through the vendor lifecycle, including demand planning, sourcing, performance management, governance, financial management, risk management and relationship management. As part of the team, you will enable the transformation of how Nestlé IT leverages partners effectively to achieve the optimal mix of flexibility, value, and innovation.
This position plays an active role in coaching and supporting Product Managers, IT leaders, and IT Vendor Management Specialists through our transformation to deliver and integrate with a select group of strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Promote the Vendor Management strategy and sourcing models within Nestle IT LATAM
•    Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including IT Leadership, IT resource management, product management, procurement, Global Procurement, IT Finance, OCIO transversal teams, strategic partners, and vendors
•    Leverage global contracts, improvements, and the selection of appropriate service delivery models
•    Determine the IT criteria for partner selection, supports the procurement selection process, and the scope-related part of the negotiation for large and complex contracts
•    Lead monthly and quarterly operational reviews with strategic partners
•    Raise sourcing request and participate in RFPs, vendor selection, CAC Reviews etc.
•    Support Product Managers/FRMs in collection of requirements and service integration mapping through sharing of best practices and reusable Statement of Work elements and in identifying existing reusable contracts or services
•    Track, and report vendor spend and financial targets and GR invoices and approve deliverables 

 

Required Profile:
•    IT related Bachelor's Degree 
•    Fluent English conversational skills.
•    7+ years of experience managing vendors, vendor performance, and vendor SLAs with 3 of those years managing internal and external stakeholders in collaboration with executives.
•    5+ years of IT experience and understanding of technology acumen.
•    Experience in effective communication at different levels in the organization
