We are pleased to announce the opening for the position of Concurrent Planner Lead, a key role responsible for transforming demand signals into actionable supply and production requirements across a complex operational network. .
Propósito de la posición:
Generate net requirements to plants and vendors, to prepare the supply plan, to generate the deployment plan in weekly/monthly buckets and the replenishment of R&P materials, in order to meet the customer demand. In doing this, the Concurrent Planner takes into account network complexity, inventory targets, and all supply constraints. When necessary, the Concurrent Planner generates supply scenarios, evaluating their feasibility, risks, and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate production requirements from the confirmed demand plan while meeting inventory targets and managing network constraints.
- Ensure finished goods reach markets on time to avoid out‑of‑stocks, collaborating with Manufacturing over an 18‑month horizon.
- Maintain accurate Master Data aligned with real production processes.
- Execute “what‑if” scenario analyses to address demand/supply gaps and validate feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Proactively highlight potential supply risks and provide clear impact analyses and trade‑off considerations.
- Review inventory targets with the Inventory Analyst and work toward reductions without risking product availability.
- Lead weekly and monthly production review meetings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure end‑to‑end fulfillment of supply planning objectives.
Required Profile
- 3+ years of experience in supply planning, distribution planning, or logistics.
- 2+ years working with ERP systems (ideally OMP).
- 4+ years of experience in a multinational environment.
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Economics; Master’s in Supply Chain, Operations, or MBA preferred.
- Strong end‑to‑end planning understanding and advanced planning system expertise (OMS/OMP).
- Fluent English and Spanish
