Purpose of the position:
The Jr Manager is responsible to plan and execute a short and long-term commercial strategy in alignment with Sales team and Digital Sr Manager. He/She is responisble to define the building blocks to guaranty business growth, meeting sales target and profitability budget related with eCommerce activity.
To monitor the main KPI’s across the funnel and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, seasonals, promotions and features to define future strategies in alignment with DBAs. Manage qualitative and quantitative monthly e-commerce reporting to dentify and act on opportunities to improve performance and procedures.
Is responsible to manage PFME ($40Mio annually) and TE to drive cost efficient strategy and maximize results with a data driven approach. As Jr Manager will ensure a flawles display of digital shelf across channels guiding his/her team to improve our eContent within our partner's eRetails. Collaborate actively with Media Manager and CRM Manager to define the online action plan to reach the e-commerce objectives and resposible to explore new ways of growth busines (D2C, BOTs, AI), KPIs analysis and benchmarking.
A day in the life...
- Resposible to build & execute the eCommerce strategy ensuring availability, conversion, and profitability. Accountable to define bulding blocks to accelerate business growth. He/she fully understand the competitive environment leading relationships with key eCommerce partners (Mercado Libre, Amazon, Bricks, Enablers), ensuring strong partnerships and execution excellence.
- Assess and fix foundational e-commerce basics (portfolio distribution, content, pricing, availability, rates and reviews)Responsible of execution of eContent in Key Accounts, making sure our brands look brilliant online: accuracy of images, content integrity, portfolio availability & share of search .
- Plan and execute online exclusive seasonality/events, as well as planning/suggesting/creating new ones based on channel expertise and accounts' needs
- Collect and analyze data, hypothesize and execute tests to continuously improve performance. Set up and optimize campaign tracking, measurement, and reporting, ensuring full visibility of performance and ROI.
- Analyze and report sales performance in the BU. Monitor key account digital media marketing performance and spend for campaigns implemented, suggesting optimizations for future implementations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate digital commerce data into overall business planning. Develop a performance marketing framework from scratch, including SEM, Paid Social, Display, and Retailers Ads (Amazon Ads, Mercado Libre Ads,..).
- Competitive benchmark on Mexico market, customer and competitors, to identify e-commerce and omnichannel trends, to deliver best in class recommendations and develop proposals for commercial and service enhancements for the business
What will make you successful...
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Advanced English
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Customer Relationship and Sales
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
