Position Summary

Strategically develop the Bussines to Customer  (B2C) Business with an omnichannel approach across all the consumer offline touchpoints (from Trade to Boutiques) establishing the Nespresso Brand and system as the ultimate coffee experience to achieve/exceed market targets as per predefined business strategy

What will make you successful

1.- Strong work ethic, integrity and total honesty (transparency and trust)

2.- Analytical and decision making, resilient/resistance to stress

3.- Strong interpersonal skills/good at networking

4.- Entrepreneurial and self starter

5.- Ability to act independently respecting policies, guidelines and strategies

6.- Travelling: The job will require extensive traveling within the market & Head Quarters

 

Experience: 9 to 12 years in positions as KAM, marketing, operations and sales managing high preforming teams. Needs to be able to speak Spanish and English, a third language such as French or German would be a plus.
