Purpose Position
Leads the development and ensures implementation of the annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives.
A day in life of...
- Define and execute strategies and plans for the Customer (s) in line with business requirements
- Ensure achievement of agreed Customer (s) targets/KPIs (NPS, RIG, TS, CCS, MOGEs, Forecast accuracy etc.)
- Implement, follow up and update Customer (s) Plans
- Ensure complete support in development of Category Channel and Field Sales Plans
- Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
- Collaborate with peer Customer Managers to share Customer best practices, liaise with Marketing, CCSD, Field Sales and Supply Chain to drive Customer related initiatives
- Ensure development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of direct reports

More than 8 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
- Leads Customer Key Account team.
- Understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
