WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Sr Analyst Financial Control who will support the Senior Finance Manager- Corporate Controlling and including other senior members of the IT Finance team, acting as a trusted Financial Co-Pilot & Advisor for Corporate controlling area & support North America Business IT/Digital. You will provide strategic financial input to IT strategy of assigned support groups in conjunction with IT leaders and business functional leaders. This role involves driving the strategy, financial objectives and goals of the assigned support groups, instilling financial business acumen, influencing key financial decisions, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance. The position is instrumental in consolidating and preparing management view dashboards, reviewing business drivers and allocations of spend, maintaining control of spend, supporting the optimization and quality return on investments, and evaluating and driving overall efficiency to maximize business results based on key strategic business plans.
ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sr. Analyst Finance Control will be responsible for:

Financial Management and Reporting: Oversee budget allocations and financial reporting, focusing on headcount control strategies. Prepare consolidated management dashboards to provide a comprehensive view of financial performance. Drive the development and implementation of IT finance processes and solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams and departments to streamline processes and integrate tools that facilitate cost flow within Business and IT organizations. Manage budget drivers and financial reporting, while championing the development and implementation of improved IT finance processes aimed at achieving automation and operational excellence.

Cost Control and Performance Measurement: Plan, coordinate, and maintain effective cost control measures while assessing performance against established benchmarks. Report findings through consolidated management dashboards to provide insights into financial performance and areas for improvement.

Compliance and Audit Activities: Engage in business planning and the preparation of business cases, ensuring alignment with operations management on economic proposals. Conduct routine audits to verify compliance with budget assignments, accounting standards, and headcount controls. Foster a culture of business excellence by proactively enhancing business processes related to IT and Digital investment management.

Budget Preparation and Forecasting: Develop accurate annual budgets and dynamic forecasts, incorporating thorough data analysis to challenge assumptions and drive informed decision-making.

Investment Optimization: Partner/Collaborate with market teams to refine IT and Digital spending management processes. Identify and implement best practices to maximize return on investment, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support strategic objectives.
EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
-
3+ years of proven experience in cost, planning, business controlling or consolidation accounting and reporting, creating management view dashboards.
-
3+ years of proven experience developing and improving financial planning and budgeting, drivers allocation processes in major business projects/organization.
-
2+ years of proven experience in accounting for intangible assets and expense recording for balance sheet integrity in compliance with accounting standards.
-
2+ years of proven experience in Power Points, Excel and SAP (or other ERP System).
Other
-
Additional certifications in finance or related field will be a plus.

1+ years of experience in a cross-functional and networked organization.
-
1+years of experience with financial evaluation tools and metrics.

2+ years of experience in project financial evaluation and project accounting.
