We are looking for a Sr Analyst Financial Control to act as a strategic business partner to IT & Digital leadership across the Americas

The role:

The Sr Analyst Financial Control will be driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role is central to enabling value creation, cost transparency, and investment optimization across a complex, multi-country IT & digital landscape.

 

What you’ll do:

 

As a Sr Analyst Financial Control you will:

 

  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead dynamic forecasting cycles and annual budget planning for IT & Digital AMS, including coordination across North America and Latin America portfolios. Support Americas initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and cost control targets.
  • Variance Analysis: Establish and monitor key KPIs to measure IT financial performance and value delivery.
  • Scenerio Modeling & Sensitivity Analysis: Create, enhance, and optimize what-if analysis and conduct risk modeling to support decision-making
  • Performance Reporting & Controls: Own end-to-end reporting processes and internal controls. Lead development and implementation of financial reporting and control solutions (e.g., cFIN Program, Field Glass).
  • Digital Enablement & Automation: Champion automation and analytics through Power BI and Power Platform. Drive process efficiency across accounting teams and cross-functional P&L/Balance Sheet reconciliation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Decision Support: Influence decisions across diverse teams and geographies. Translate financial insights into compelling narratives for senior leadership. Provide co-pilot support for IT & Digital Capability Center and Global initiatives.
  • Audit & Business Support: Respond to internal audits and business queries with agility and precision. Handle additional ad hoc requests with a critical eye toward process improvement and strategic alignment.

What will make you a great fit?

  • 5+ years in FP&A, Finance, or Controlling roles within CPG, IT, or Digital environments
  • Fluency in of SAP, Power BI, and financial modeling tools
  • Proven ability to influence across functions and levels, with experience coordinating regional and global finance activities
  • Strong storytelling skills, especially in translating complex data into actionable insights
  • Language Fluency: Bilingual (English + Spanish) required; Portuguese is a plus
  • Experience & understanding of internal controls, audit support, and cross-functional collaboration
  • IT & Digital curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and a mindset for continuous improvement
