Position Summary

The position is responsible for supporting our label data solution that publishes data via the GDSN network to our customer and consumers: support from a technical and functional perspective.

Serves as a liaison between the IT & Business Consumers and Customers. As part of the Product team within Local BRM / Regional / Global Product Group Team, brings deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing your business function and advises on the best solutions. Translates business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IT product requirements, then plays a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those as IT system solutions.

A day in the life of...

• Support data quality initiatives, able to understand business understanding as it pertains to data & process, ensuring process adherence, process improvements, and able to present new business needs to product organization.
• Ability to identify transformation opportunities on behalf of business stakeholders.
• Ability to produce results without direct reports.
• Identify gaps in existing tools/functionalities and processes, options for improvement.
• Analyzes, documents and tests program development, logic, process flows and specifications
• Documents training materials for the product area
• Delivers training to the end users, deployment and support teams
• Supports the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain
• Designs business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value

What will make you successful

• Functional understanding GDSN practices, 1WS standards, and product master data. Functional understanding of label solutions and their impact on 1WS solutions/tools and ability to use Excel / Access in an advance manner.
• Ability to use Azure, Snowflake, or PowerBI.
