We are looking for a Sr Specialist IT Innovation to be part of our IT North America Innovation Team

The role

Join the Nestle IT North America Innovation Team as a Sr Specialist IT Innovation for being responsible of scouting for emerging technologies that can help Nestle achieve its business goals.

What you’ll do

• Learn about Nestle and understand the business goals. Align your ideas with the organization frequently.
• Speed: test at least 1 new idea/technology every week
• Build working prototypes quicky, ideally within 1 week after the initial test
• Connect externally to bring different perspectives. Engage partners and startups in the delivery of demonstrable prototypes (goal: 1 per month). Iterate frequently to achieve satisfactory results.
• Aim for solutions that meet ROI expectations

Minimum qualifications:

• Knowledge as software development practices with a strong focus on DevOps methodologies,
• Experience working with major cloud service providers such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge and experience in the fields of machine learning and artificial intelligence, including the development and deployment of ML models.
• Understanding of generative AI techniques and their applications, along with the ability to leverage these technologies to solve complex problems and drive innovation.
• Technical knowledge, able to learn what is needed and test new technologies independently.
