We are looking for Sr Specialist IT Program Managment to be part of our IBS Program Management team.

The role
• The Sr Specialist must proactively manage ambiguity, anticipate issues, align with program/project goals, project execution, and deliver the expected outcome within scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral, is essential for this position as it involves potential interactions with senior executives.
What you’ll do
- Planning and organizing: Developing a comprehensive project plan, defining objectives, creating a timeline, allocating resources, and establishing clear deliverables.
- Team leadership and communication: Building and managing a project team, assigning tasks, facilitating effective communication, and fostering collaboration among team members. Effectively communicate status and concerns at all levels in the organization--with senior leaders through to project team members and third-party service/solution providers.
- Risk management: Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues that may impact project success.
- Budget and cost control: Monitoring project expenses, tracking budget utilization, and ensuring that the project remains within the allocated budget.
- Lead and manage the full E2E lifecycle of a project from initiation to delivery completion

Minimum qualifications:
• Communication: Effective communication skills are crucial for a project manager to convey information clearly, listen actively, and facilitate open and transparent communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Conflict resolution: The ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts within a project team or between stakeholders is critical. It requires a combination of diplomacy, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to change: Projects often encounter unexpected changes. The project manager must adapt quickly and effectively, having the ability to adjust plans accordingly to still meet the objectives.
• Strategic thinking: Project managers must think beyond the immediate tasks and consider the broader goals of their project.
• Influencing and persuasion: This individual must influence and persuade stakeholders and project teams to gain support, resources, and cooperation.
Bonus Points If You:
• PMP (Project Management) certification or PRINCE2 preferred but will accept years of experience LEADING projects of small to medium complexity (leadership role within project, not just supporting/part of project team)
• Business Analyst skills
