We are looking for a Sr Specialist Systems Infrastructure to be part of our IT North America Platforms Team

The role

Join the Nestle IT North America Platform Team as a Sr Specialist Systems Infrastructure for being responsible to sustain our Linux environment and to ensure the delivery of projects related to IT.

What you’ll do

• Ensure stability and performance of Linux and AIX environments
• Manage containers using OpenShift for application deployments
• Govern Vendor relationships and monitor compliance
• Control budget and resources
• Oversee compliance, patching and lifecycle of Linux systems

Minimum qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience and Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Linux Redhat
• Experience with Suse and Ubuntu
• Expertise in managing both on-premises and cloud environments

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in AIX
• Experience with Openshift Containers
