Temporal position (6 months)

Un día en la vida de...

Understand the needs of the aligned function(s) and/or business(es) and stakeholders and the specificities of the relevant talent market. 

Build knowledge of agreed resource plans and resource planning activity for aligned function/business. 

Deliver End to End Recruitment process: 

Strategic alignment meeting with line manager, identify and agree competencies required, ensure effective screening and interview process, coach line manager selection. 

Collaborate with the above market CoC talent teams to ensure the delivery of key talent solutions (e.g. selection assessment, proactive talent pipelining). 

Directly delivers selected recruitment marketing activities (campus management, hiring fairs presence, Global Youth initiative activities, adaptation of on line recruitment marketing activities to local language and context,...). 

Ensure an outstanding candidate experience: 

Manage active candidates through the recruitment process and providing regular feedback and updates, guiding each individual through the candidate journey, managing rejection effectively and using the offer stage to successfully convert candidate to employee. 

Align activity with Above Market CoC for proactive and reactive requisition sourcing, working collaboratively and maintaining close visibility of talent pipelines and talent communities. 

Execute job posting via RCM job advertisement aggregation tools to careers and job websites. Support business/function talent management: 

Partner with HRBP has to support business/function talent management agendas. 

Become a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HRBP's within the aligned function(s) and/or business(es). 

Take responsibility for ensuring hiring managers are compliant throughout the recruitment process for both internal and external candidates and that they foster diversity and inclusion.

Lo que te hará exitoso

First experience in sourcing or recruiting either in recruitment agency or in house. 

Understanding of company organization. 

Familiarity with talent selection process (screening, interviews, assessment).​
