Position Summary

This position requires strong emphasis on managing global backlogs under the Scrum methodology including technical people, 3º party vendors and internal Nestle markets, he/she, should be a positive thinker type of person who can deal with daily issues, overcome other team dependencies, and have a goal-oriented mindset. Not get frustrated when issues appear and been able to be self-sufficient.

Also, He/She is also able to engage with non-tech people and gather requirements or help them to get a better solution, empathy and listening is key. 

We need great people with great skill to help the markets to design their solutions and to have a great operational experience. This position will organize the people and the events in order to achieve these goals

A day in the life of...

- Help Nestlé to go into the Cloud

- Scrum Master

- Continuous learning: sharpening soft skills areas of relationship management, crisis management, critical thinking, communication, facilitation skills and keeps up to date with latest development and methodology in relation with SM Community and IT Ways of Working

- Create a structured project, implementing IT agile project methodologies.

- Produce timely, detailed summaries and high level reports.
