Position Type: Full time position.

Position Summary

 

Acts as Single Point of Focus on Value realization through the discovery, development and implementation of technology solutions that represent a market differentiator.
• Turn ideas into technology solutions that adds value to the business.
• Explore, adapt and leverage the usage of technology within the Digital Catalog and new generation technologies available in the industry.
• Ensure compliance of local solutions, systems and data to Nestle standards and policies and promote these within the local organization
• Executes project activities and supports applications for eBusiness, Digital Marketing, eCommerce and Employee Collaboration.
• Supporting cross-functional integration, delivery and project management
• Coordinating the data privacy and security aspects 
• Coordinating rollout and support of global/regional solutions 
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the business 
• Supporting technology and / or data processes where required. Manage Mobile, social, web and digital solution processes.
 

A day in the life of...

 

Posses an holistic perspective of the main challenges of the Central America market to summarize a list of opportunities into initiatives, aimig to solve issues and create a competitve advantage.
- Being close to new generation technologies available in the industry.
- Identifiying business and operational pain points and opportunities.
- Adding value to the business through the proposal of new solutions based on technology.

 

Ensure understanding of brand plans and support the business with guidance, advice and recommendations on all digital initiatives to ensure best in class solutions and activities. 

- Proposing iniciatives that will support and leverage the Integrated eBusiness Plan and the Digital Acceleration Strategy
- Collaborate with PCE team to define data collection strategy
- Establish optimized workflows for communication to consumers
- Ensure SEO best practices are applied in all digital assets and continually monitors ranking of keywords
- Apply data modeling within the digital assets to track and monitor websites performance and consumer behaviours

 

Strengthen eCommerce assets in terms of security, features, search and analytics to support brand strategies.

- Ensuring PCI certificates for payment methods
- Connection with payment providers
- Support ecommerce platforms ensuring availability and efficiency
- Implementing enhanced eCommerce functionality to track and monitor consumer purchase behaviours
- Optimizating buy now call to action with priority eRetailers

 

Act as the Single Technical Point of Contact for the local digital network and Business partners.

- Be the contact point for "service delivery team" -  Check the communications from MSE and the websites affected and inform site owners if necessary. Support businesses on their day to day issues. In case of question escalation point is the Regional DC 
- Understand DDP service request key forms - SR1 - Standard, SR2 - Web Hosting, SR4 - User Account Administration, SR5 - security scan, SR6 - Google Search appliance, SR7 - web sites decomissioning 

 

Provides local coordination for assigned global/regional initiatives to be rolled out in the Market 

- Project implementation support - For technical project (ie : migration) and eCommerce 
- Help to Implement Services : Services are listed in the service catalogue. The real scope depends on market business requirements.

 

Ensure compliance of local solutions, systems and data to Nestle standards and policies and promote these within the local organization by : 

- Enforcing Guidelines  - On hosting, security, privacy, mobile
- Enforcing Privacy - in collaboration with the privacy controller inside legal department
- Be Accountable for Security Scan in ensuring that all web sites are scanned before to go live and that scan result is review by security team
- Keep updated the DigiPI (Digital Property Inventory) with all digital assets (web sites, mobile apps, …)
- Know where to find information with regular check in the Service catalogue, the MSE team room, workplace groups, …
- Manage access to WDP (Web Development Portal) so that the local agency can manage requests (though official IT ticketing tool)
- Providing Technical Guidelines to Agencies
 

What will make you successful

 

Must to have requirements:

 

Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent

2+ years of experience in social media listening and monitoring tools (Google, Twitter Search, Sprinklr,YT,IG,Spotify,Linkedin)

Experience giving support to information technology solutions.

Experience in working in multi-project environment. and experience in working with self learning activities

2+ years of experience in SAP CIAM, SalesForce Cloud and Brigthedge

Proven track record of delivering IS/IT projects/programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent understanding of business needs and interdependencies and understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. agile, waterfall, design thinking)

Knowledge in estándaresde security, technical development of web applications / Good understanding of IT services and how a mix of solution and service can accelerate product delivery lifecycles

Intermediate/Advance knowledge on digital marketing concepts

Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization with excellent spoken and written Spanish and English

 

Nice to have requirements:

 

1+ years working with Ecommerce

1+ years working with Business Manager, Fan Pages and Facebook tools

1+ years of experience working with website analysis using Google Analytics and Google

1+ years of experience working with Socialbakers Analytics
