Position Summary

To strengthen our Workforce 360, we are looking for a Technology Expert to complete our Workforce 360/Collaboration Content Portal team.

You will be part of team which is accountable for specific development and support deliverables related, including preliminary studies and technology evolution. We need you to guide and promote the optimal use of our Collaboration products within the supporting business requirements.
 
Area: Collaboration, Content & Portal.

A day in the life of...

• Consult, guide, and provide expert technical support for our Collaboration products. (PowerAutomate, Scripting, Office 365 Workloads)
• Recommend how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through the improved use of technology.
• Facilitate new and evolving business and operating models through your thorough understanding of technology trends and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies.
• Help design governance, assurance and standards required to ensure enterprise technology architecture compliance.
• Liaise closely with suppliers, defining significant functional, technical and process integration decisions.

What will make you successful

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or related studies and experience.
• 4+ years’ experience in IT solution disciplines including software development, content management, knowledge management, collaboration solutions, and Agile project management.
• Effective English communication.
• Certified on and/or expertise working with and developing enterprise solutions Microsoft solutions, in particular Office 365 Power Automate and SharePoint Online, scripting/development, chat bots etc. Workplace by Facebook is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps methods and processes with proven ability to participate in Agile project teams, providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impacts, and risks.
• Experience working in advisory councils, industry user groups, and key technology partners (vendors, Account Managers, Product Managers, Lab advocates and Executives).
• Strong understanding of the practical application of technology trends identified by leading industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester) and new evolving business models.
• Excellent English communication skills applied with different stakeholders, nationalities, and mediums (face-to-face and remote virtual teams).
• Adaptable, flexible and dynamic while keeping a client centric approach.
