Bottle Filler Operator - Coffee Mate
We are currently seeking a full-time Coffee-mate Bottle Filler Operator to join our team in our manufacturing facility. This role works 8 hour shifts on weekdays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Assembling the bottle filler dosage valves.
- Connecting all product piping from the dosage valves to the pumps.
- Connecting the manifold jumper pipes from the kettles to the bottle filler.
- Check the level probe system/low fill reject system.
- Using the SAP system to verify that the correct packaging materials are staged and used.
- Setup the bottle checking system.
- Fill the bottle filler with finished Coffee-mate product from the correct holding kettle.
- Set the weight for the bottles using the control panel and ensure Net Content compliance.
- Communicating with your supervisor and fellow packaging employees and start the line.
- Supplying machine with necessary packaging materials.
- Maintain quality control per company guidelines.
- Perform all job duties in accordance with the company’s safety guidelines.
- Accurately completes all required documentation and system transactions.
- Dispose of trash and cleans work area thoroughly using chemicals.
- Assure regular and timely attendance per company guidelines.
- Remove any unused product, boxes and utensils and assure clear and clean work area.
- Sanitize the area after the cleaning process has been approved.
- Complete all jobs in any area as assigned by supervisors.
- Participation on factory teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs
- Proficient with computer use; familiar with SAP and standard Microsoft Office Software
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently or with a team with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with other team members.
- Willingness and ability to work with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hold & cold) as well as wet and dry environment.
- Ability to work safely and multi-task in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- Ability to move/lift up to 75 lbs various times, basic math, and reading skills
- Three months Nestlé factory experience is preferred.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $19.53 to $21.87 to . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
