POSITION SUMMARY
As the Associate Factory Quality Technician, you will perform multiple tests of finished product samples and escalate tests when needed. You will meet all Safety, Health, Quality and Environmental requirements while performing job duties. This role will also be responsible for providing support to the greater quality lab team for finished product and raw material release.
- Perform physical, and sensory tests on finished products collected from the dry pet packing room accurately and precisely.
- Responsible for the proper use and maintenance of lab equipment including the maintenance, cleaning, and calibration.
- Work as a team with other lab associates to achieve shift, department, and factory objectives.
- Functions as a resource in the development, coordination, and administration of sanitation best practices.
- Follow laboratory practices and lab safety manual guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be open to working nights, overtime and weekends.

- 1+ years of experience in quality, food manufacturing, lab or related environment preferred.
The approximate pay range for this position is $33,000 to $48,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
