POSITION SUMMARY
As an Associate Human Resources Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and supporting all employee and relation issues at the plant. Safety is a priority. You will be well-versed in all aspects of the safety department including administration of safety programs, safety engagement programs, and required tracking/reporting. This position serves as the backup for the Human Resources Manager and Safety Manager in their absence.
- Manage employee and labor relations activities in the factory
- Be proactive in identifying and recommending initiatives that will continuously improve the plant working environment
- Act as the liaison and main contact for contingent labor vendors
- Learn and support timekeeping and payroll systems
- Provide subject matter expertise in the area of performance management and employee engagement, and serve as a resource to associates and supervisors
- Coordinate the salary recruiting, orientation and post-employment evaluation processes
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local regulations and Nestle standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of Human Resources support, clerical, or admin experience required

- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment is preferred
- Must be mobile / open to relocation

The approximate pay range for this position is $73,000 to $98,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
