POSITION SUMMARY

As a Factory Quality Technician, you will be responsible for testing samples of our raw materials and finished products, communicating those test results with the appropriate departments. You will regularly interact with Production, Maintenance, and Product Safety. You will have the opportunity to cross-train and gain experience in multiple areas across QA to strengthen your skillset. Quality and safety are the promises we make on every bag, container, tub, and can – and we continue to deliver on that promise.
 

• Analyze finished product using various test methods
• Perform sensory evaluations of in process and finished product
• Initiates all formula changes for Processing Department
• Test incoming ingredients, icluding frozen meats, soft stocks and grains
• Promote Quality and Food Safety culture in the organization

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 + years working in quality, lab, food manufacturing, production, manufacturing, military, or related environment

Other

• Must be comfortable working 12 hour overnight shifts.

The approximate pay range for this position is $43,913 to $54,080. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
