Position Summary

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will serve as a main resource to all factory personnel. In this role you will provide administrative and clerical support in the Human Resources Department including maintaining employee files, publication of factory information, administering the uniform program, coordinating personnel files, and assigning lockers. You will lead the employee activities committee and wellness efforts including events, health screenings, etc. You will also provide clerical support for employee training functions.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in recordkeeping, maintaining Human Resources files and databases
  • Processes SAP (HRIS) changes as required
  • Leads and assists in Wellness efforts by coordinating and organizing plant company functions
  • Assists with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Basic Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2+ years of Human Resources clerical experience, secretarial experience, or customer service-related experience required

 

Preferred

  • Associates Degree or secretarial certificate preferred
