As a Lead Coordinator Logistics (ASRS Specialist) you will support traceability of finished goods into and out of the Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS) within the factory warehouse.  You’ll help to maintain ASRS reliability and efficiency through troubleshooting and projects, while maintaining the systems that control the ASRS and conveyance to ensure proper throughput for warehouse operations.

 

Monitor the operation of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), including messaging & troubleshooting within the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and System

Respond to and correct any problems within the ASRS systems including pallet jams, pallet tracking errors, etc. 

Process quality assurance holds and requests to move product out of the ASRS systems 

Monitor system performance by tracking key metrics such as inventory variance, system moves, etc.  

Actively participate in all safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives within the factory 

 

Requirements:

 

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 

2+ years' experience in warehouse coordination, material tracking, logistics, or related within a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing or military environment

 

Other 

 

Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) experience preferred 

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $52,000 to $75,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
