POSITION SUMMARY

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll provide mechanical, electrical, and utility maintenance support for our North Campus. You will support the installation, start up, and ongoing operations of existing and future packing lines as you make an impact on our processes. You’ll address utility needs for all buildings, including but not limited to, HVAC, dock locks, and overhead doors. Collaborate with the maintenance, controls, and operations departments with preventative maintenance optimization and continuous improvement.

• Safely operate, troubleshoot, repair, replace, and maintain equipment with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot, provide repair, or replace any mechanical equipment.
• Apply knowledge of all plant equipment and material flow through oral review and assessments.
• Participate in the development and training of key standard routines.
• Maintain record keeping and inventory of spare parts as required.
• Perform duties such as production changeovers, welding, layout, fabrication, replacing parts, and other duties as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical, warehouse or military or related environment.

Other

• Must be open to working second shift.
   

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $38.15 an hour for Maintenance C rate. The pay progression plan follows: Maintenance B $41.17, Maintenance A $43.16. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
