Position Summary:
Candidate is responsible to ensure the operational efficiency of the SAP Solution Landscape and Legacy Applications. Provide end-user support and develop/ implement Business Applications in alignment with evolving market demands. Focus on Business Process Streams specific to Customer Service, Finance & Control, Human Resources, as well as the Legacy Application Portfolio for each application area. Key applications include SAP SD, SAP CRM7, NBE OTC, NBE PI-BDP2, SDS, Salesforce Application - Engage, BO Support, and APM. Additionally, the role will encompass LDv activities for departments.
A day in the life of the role:
- Provide analytical expertise in relevant SAP Template business areas of Customer Service, Finance & Control and Human Resources, and Legacy/ Heritage solutions.
- Provide first level support for end-user issue resolution and/or escalate these to the South Asia/Global teams for resolution.
- Ability to assess business requirements in accordance with current solution landscape. Collaborate with key stakeholders and process owners in assessing emerging market business requirements to align with GLOBE Application Template processes and best practices.
- Identify and define the changes – People, Process & Data, Organization and Technology required for the GLOBE solution to address new emerging business requirements, including the development of functional specifications.
- Lead/ conduct system/application testing to ensure that SAP solution and Legacy/ Heritage applications address business requirements as defined and specified.
- Identify end-user training requirements and develop End User Training kits to be used by Super Users to deliver end-user training.
- Manage Super User network and constantly enhance their knowledge through classroom workshops, FAQs and Lync meetings etc.
What will make you successful?
- Education: A degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- Expected experience: 4-5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in SAP (Super User/ SAP Implementation/ End User System Support, etc.).
- Language skills: Fluency in English.
- Other skills: Sound knowledge in SAP solution landscape, SAP and market compliance, Finance and Business Intelligence Domain. Have good interpersonal skills and logical thinking.
